Lori Mizera was exceptional. She helped with supplying a painting contractor. She also had a Flooring Company that provided a reasonable price given the building needed hardwood floors in the Main Bathroom. Also for 2000 sq/ft, she had the flooring company remove every bit of carpeting and install new. If I were buying the home I would have put in hardwood floors, but this was the removal of 30-year-old carpeting and installing something presentable. Lori has great local knowledge and is responsive. She also helped me get rid of a Honda Van and had it flatbed truck haul it away. Given I am 50 miles from the property, it was impossible for me to make each trip out to the property. All in all, Lori is a Gem and helped me with a difficult situation. I could not be more complimentary.
