She also had a Flooring Company that provided a reasonable price given the building needed hardwood floors in the Main Bathroom. Also for 2000 sq/ft, she had the flooring company remove every bit of carpeting and install new. If I were buying the home I would have put in hardwood floors, but this was the removal of 30-year-old carpeting and installing something presentable.
